NetGear is a multinational company and has successfully marked its scale in the manufacturing of products like networking hardware. It produces networking hardware for consumers, businesses and service providers. The company operates in three business segments: retail, commercial, and as a service provider.
Netgear's products cover a variety of widely used technologies such as wireless (WiFi and LTE), Ethernet and powerline, with a focus on reliability and ease-of-use. The products include wired and wireless devices for broadband access and network connectivity, and are available in multiple configurations to address the needs of the end-users in each geographic region and sector in which the company's products are sold.
Out of various products being manufactured by NetGear, the company predominantly produces Routers and has a huge share of profit in the market of the product. Router is basically small electronic devices that joins multiple computer networks together via either wired or wireless connections. router has a lot more capabilities than other network devices, such as a hub or a switch that are only able to perform basic network functions. For example, a hub is often used to transfer data between computers or network devices, but does not analyze or do anything with the data it is transferring.
NetGear has efficiently produced various lines of Routers as per the requirement of the end user. A few of them are enlisted below:
